Why be a Gold Medal Sponsor?

Being a Gold Medal Sponsor does more than provide support for our national championships. It also gives you access to the hospitality area. Meals and drinks are provided each day throughout the meet. Think how much you would typically spend at a meet to eat at the snack bar. Coral Springs has done the best job I have ever seen of putting together a hospitality area. The following restaurants are providing food and drink to our meet: Outback Steakhouse Shell's Fresh Seafood Starbucks Sweet Tomatoes Chillies Reb Lobster McDonalds You can sign up with your online entry or if you have already entered, you can send a check directly to the meet director. His address is: Coral Springs Swim Club c/o Michael Lohberg 12441 Royal Palm Blvd Coral Springs, FL 33065 The cost is $65 and the check should be made payable to Coral Springs Swim Club. Any questins, you can email Michael directly at mlohberg (at) aol (dot) com.

If my daughter had kept up here swimming she could have Starbucks as a sponsor. I was at Starbucks with her and she ordered a 5 shot Latte.
  • I was a Gold Medal Sponsor at Nationals in Lauderdale last year. Food was ok but the best thing going was the iced down drinks and the area was air conditioned. Some of us northerners find it a bit of a shock going from 50s & 60s temps to near 90. I already know the money goes to a good cause, Masters Swimming and having the cold drinks and a place to cool down was worth it!
