I would like to recognize the great job that was done by the Mission Viejo Nadadores Masters in running nationals. I have been to a number of previous nationals and was impressed at all the lengths our host went to ensure we hage a great meet. There were so many things that were done well.
* The steel band at check-in
* The clinic with Rowdy Gaines, Dara Torres and Brian Goodell
* All the shade around the facility
* Plenty of warm up space
* Great social
* Great snack bar
* Lots of free bottled water
* Plenty of volunteers
* and much more
Many thanks to meet director Mark Moore and all his volunteers. When will you be bidding to host your next nationals?
I agree with all of the above. It was one of the best run National events I've attended.
I overheard a lot of good comments regarding the half hour warm-up segments after the "distance" events in the mornings.
Thanks go to Mark and all of the others that helped in its management, organization and efficiency.

I want to second that & add that was the best social I have attended. The food & music were great. I hope you do have more Nationals. You folks know what is going on. Dennis Baker also said you folks know how to party also. We thought we had lost him after Sunday nite but he was alive but not to well on Monday morning when he finally made it back to the hotel.
I only attended Sunday, but it seemed like a very well organized and run meet. Congrats to everyone involved! Also thanks for the marine layer on Sunday morning. It was nice to swim backstroke without looking into the sun :)
