If you mean USMS Nationals, I'm not sure about SC, but I believe they'll be in Tempe, AZ. LC will be at Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ (about 30 miles southwest of New York City).

The 2003 USMS Short Course National Championship Meet will be held May 15 - 18 in Tempe, AZ. The facility is on the ASU campus and is the same facility that was used in the 1994 Nationals.

  • The Y National Masters Swimming Championships will be in Sarasota, the bid by Indianapolis was turned down so the committee could get a paid vacation in the sun. The committee is not interested in promoting Y masters swimming by moving the meet to different sites, the last 4 years the meet has been in the South.:(

Mel, I have to say I am very disappointed that the committee bypassed the Indy site. Doesn't seem fair that us northerners have to travel so far each year, and yet we have so many Y swimmers! While Sarasota is beautiful and it is nice to be outside, I would gladly go over to The Nat, anytime.
