Hello! Who is up for a virtual swim together?
Alexandria Masters Swimming is launching their first annual The Great Caribbean Virtual Swim to help motivate swimmers of all abilities to swim as many yards/miles as possible from January 1 through June 30, 2022.
Upon registering for The Great Caribbean Virtual Swim, throughout the challenge you will receive:
- GCVS log access - a personal tab to log your swims
- a map of the Great Caribbean where you can view your status
- a swim workout of the week - emailed to you each week
- friendly motivation and support through our FB Event Page
- a chance to collect 7 badges!
- a finisher certificate!
You can set your own goal by selecting the distance you wish to swim during this timeframe - from 40 miles to 60 miles, or swim from point to point for a total of 300 miles, or any combination of islands you choose. After you reach an Island, you will earn a badge. Collect all 6 and earn a special badge!
Cost is $30 ($50 on and after Jan 1)
