WILLIAM & MARY POOL RECORD
Alex Arrieta (Unattached, Florida Gold Coast) established a new William & Mary Pool Record in the 200 Free with a time of 1:38.98. This swim also lowered the Virginia LMSC Record by nearly a full second.
VIRGINIA LMSC RECORDS
Three other swimmers established a total of four new Virginia LMSC Records: Austin Temple, TIDE, M 18-24 50 *** (25.67) and 100 *** (55.72); Evan Elsaesser, Club Tribe, M 35-39 50 Fly (23.36); and Doug Slater, Club Tribe, M 60-64 100 Fly (1:00.28).
100 MEDLEY RELAY – CHAMPIONS AND RECORDS
TIDE’s 18+ Men’s 100 Medley Relay (Harrison Pierce, Austin Temple, Logan Burton, DickVerheul) swam an outstanding 43.10 to win the Men’s competition and substantially lower the Meet Record.
Club Tribe captured the Women’s event in 1:00.28 (Michele Choe, Ruth Anne Thomas, Shannon Greene, Lindsay Lovett (35+)) and Mixed event in 55.76 (Stefanie Farhat, Jeremy Linaburg, Victoria Barley, Bobby Grossman (18+)).
SWIMNERD’s 35+ Men’s team (Sam Harris, Nathan Tschohl, Gregor McLeod, Jon Bengtson) lowered the Meet Record to 51.87, and VMST’s 45+ Men’s team (Craig Bauer,Stephen Minnigerode, Ing Kiland, Andy Brown) established a new Meet Record of 1:06.63.
