Several of our swimmers have been getting in some early season meets to start off the 2018 Virtual Swimtathlon League.
Six weeks in, five women and four men have already completed all five STAGE ONE events. It was nice to get my wife, Dana, back into the competition as we both time-trialed all five events at practice this week!

Rebecca Friedlander and Eric Hatch of Sierra Nevada Masters and Mark Rubacky of North Carolina Masters have also completed all three events in the DISTANCE FREE TRIATHLON. They are certainly motivated!

At this point, OUR LEAGUE has 29 swimmers (18 women and 11 men), and 10 of them are NEW THIS YEAR! I hope to see several of Tim Waud's Oregon City Tankers register soon.
