25s of each stroke
50 Flat-out! Anything goes! Equipment allowed -- This is a flat-out 50 sprint anything goes. You must start in the water with a push-off, touch the wall at 25 yards and at the finish and stay in your own lane.
100 "any order" IM -- That’s right. You can swim the IM in any order you want just so you swim one length of each stroke legally. That includes turns. This does not count towards your 4 event limit.
