The meet will once again be held at the Kennedy/Shriver Aquatic Center (formerly known as the MAC) and will take place on March 16, 2013. Here are a few important notes about the 2013 Albatross:
1) The entry deadline will be Friday, March 8 - please note this earlier deadline (8 days in advance). Entries are now being accepted.
2) In the past we advertised a 200 swimmer maximum but never enforced this limit. Please note this year we have set the capacity at 215 but plan to enforce that limit. That is, we will accept entries until we reach 215 entries or March 8, whichever comes first. At that point we will only accept deck entries on the day of the meet (or relay only swimmers).
3) Half of the relays will now take place after the break while the other relays will be at the end of the meet. The entry form has the new Order of Events.
4) Men and Women will swim separate in all 50 events (just like last year) and the Couples Relay will be offered again.
5) This year we will offer the 400 IM (limited to 24 swimmers) while the 400 Free will not be offered (next year will be vice versa).
