Entries and fees: Entries must be received by March 24, 2011. Flat rate fee of $35.00 for a maximum of 5 events. Only enter events you plan to swim. Please use an Arizona LMSC consolidated entry card; fill it out completely front and back and be sure and enter seed times for all events you wish to swim. Consolidated entry cards are available online at www.azlmsc.org.
Mail check made out to Mesa Aquatics or credit card information (number, expiration date and 3 digit security code), consolidated entry form, and a photocopy of 2011 USMS card to Paul Smith, 1957 E. Long distance events: The 400 IM, 500 Free, 1000 Free and the 1650 Free events will be run fastest to slowest, ages and sexes combined. Athletes may swim either the 1000 or the 1650 but not both. The 1000 and 1650 will be limited to the first 24 athletes to enter each race.
Relay events: The 800 free relays will be limited to a maximum of 2 heats per event
