The Colonies Zone Short Course Yards Champonships will be held
April 15 - 17, 2011 at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

I am in awe of everyone who swims the 200 fly/400 IM/1650 free. I did attempt the 400 IM once as a masters swimmer but haven't tried a 200 fly or 1650 free since college.
