Schedule: Warm-Up 1pm; meet start 2pm. Anticipated end time is 5pm.
Deck entries must be in by 1:15pm. No deck entries will be accepted after this time.
Location: The Workout Club and Wellness Center (WCWC) is located on address 16
Pelham road, Salem NH. Directions located at the bottom of this document. The
WCWC is located off I-93 Exit #2 in Salem NH.
Facility: The WCWC pool is a 25 yard pool, eight 6-foot wide lanes with a wide gutter
flush and low chlorination UV filtration system. Minimum depth is 4 feet maximum
depth is 9 feet. The club also has a full weight room, rock climbing wall, over sixty
aerobic training equipment including treadmill, elliptical, cycling and stair climbers. The
pool also has a kid’s slide and therapy pool that will be closed during the meet. A men’s
and women’s locker room is available with the ability to lock up your belongings.
Representatives of the WCWC will be available for questions regarding membership.
Parking: WCWC has asked that Master Swimmers park on the far side of the parking
lot in consideration of its membership.
Local Area: The WCWC is just over the NH border at exit 2 off I-93, minutes from the
Rockingham Mall, Ice Center and Salem Rt-28 business district, offering a host of
restaurants and home shopping needs.

Eligibility: The meet is Open to all USMS registered swimmers 18 and older. Age of
the swimmer will be the age at the date of the meet for Short Course Yards (SCY).
Please include a legible copy of your 2011 USMS registration card with the entry form.
Entry Times: This is a Short Course Yards (SCY) meet for all events. Online time
conversion is available at:

If you do not enter a seed time you will be seeded with “No Time” and placed in the first
heat of that event.
Seeding: All events will be seeded slow to fast regardless of age or gender.
Entry Fees: $25 entry fee and $3 per event (Max 5 events)

RULES: Current USMS rules for Masters Swimming will apply. No one will swim
alone. Swimmers will be seeded in heats according to times; heats will run slowest to
fastest, regardless of age or sex. No equipment is allowed at any time. No diving during
warm-up except in designated lanes. No splash entry to be conducted at deep end of the
pool during warm-up period. There is no entry from shallow end of pool for safety
reasons. Two sprint lanes will be open during the last 20 minutes of warm-up. Starting
blocks can be used at that time.
DIRECTIONS:
From Boston; take I-93 north into New Hampshire and take Exit #2. At bottom of
exit ramp take left. Go back under I-93 and through two lights. WCWC is on your
right. Turn right into the parking lot. (You will see WCWC on your right as you
come to the set of lights)
From Manchester; take I-93 south to Exit #2 in New Hampshire. At end of ramp
turn left. WCWC will be directly in front of you. Turn right into the WCWC
parking lot.
From Portsmouth; take I-495 south to Rt-213 in Methuen. Follow to end and bear
right into I-93 North to Exit #2 in New Hampshire. At bottom of ramp turn left
back under I-93 and through lights. WCWC is on your right. Turn right into the
parking lot.
From Worcester; take I-495 north to I-93 north. Take New Hampshire Exit #2.
At end of ramp turn left back under I-93 and through lights. WCWC is on your
right. Turn Right into the parking lot.

:cry:If Washington were anywhere near New Hampshire, I'd be all over it, but since there's about 8 or 9 states in between going in a straight line, I think I'll have to pass. And I don't think I could pass up a meet at home the same day to travel anywhere... :)
