Rich Abrahams and Robert Strand have been invited to bring their "Super Session" program to the Pacific Northwest Zone in Seattle on January 29th. Information is and will be expanded on their website. Rich and I hope you will attend to participate, learn and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd love to do one in Portland as my son and his family live there. I usually work out on my own at the Tualatin Hills pool when I'm visiting. Very nice facility.
