I am still marveling over the wonderful swims available in Alaska and find it a bit heretical to post "on top" of Grumpy Tuna's nice Sitka swim report, but I haven't heard much talk of the Boston Light Swim this year. Any forumites doing the oldest sanctioned OW swim in North America next weekend?

This year Boston Light Swim could not have been better. Well, maybe the water could have been a little warmer. The water was around 58 degrees at the start and warmed up to 62-63 degrees as the swimmers got closer to the finish. The weather was perfect, 83 degrees, with very little wind. I was a fast, close race. The first 3 solo swimmers were within seconds of eachother. It was almost a running race at the end. 20 of 25 solo swimmers finished the swim. The NY CIBBOWS group had a great showing and they were a lot of fun. Below are the results:
