Rich Abrahams, master world sprint champion and Swimming World Magazine Swimmer of the Week (for his amazing swims at the Atlanta SC Nationals), and Robert Strand, world breastroke champion and member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, are presenting a program called "Super Session" at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, Pasadena, Calif., on July 18th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (hosted by the Rose Bowl Master Team). The sessions will concentrate on: "preparation and exceution" for your highlight focused swim of the year, in-pool practice, video work on starts and turns, dryland and weight prep( an Abrahams speciality) topics such as "sustaining excellance over time", classroom video discussions and general Q&A, race day focus (what works for you and how to find out) and much more.
