Cactus Classic is USMS sanctioned

Everyone looking for a great meet at a great facility to start off your long course season, I'd encourage you to come out to Tempe over the Memorial Day weekend to swim at the Cactus Classic at Arizona State University. The cut times are fairly fast, but it would be nice to see a strong group of Masters' swimmers support this event. In addition to being a great event, a portion of every event entered will go to the "SAVE ASU SWIMMING" foundation to support ASU's men's swimming program. See attached flyer and check back at www.scottsdaleswim.com on the events link for any further information and future updates.

  • I'm in! The only question is are going to swim an 800 free relay? Paul, I'm definitely going to swim the meet. Which days I swim will be dependent upon the events for me and events for my daughter. If we can compete as Arizona Masters, I'm game for an 800 free relay. Kurt: you in? We just need a fourth ... time to start calling down to Tucson to get some guys to come up. Now, what would be really fun is if Ande brought a gang from Longhorn to race.
