2008 ends in August ???

I am looking for a competition during the month of October when I will be in the New York, New Jersey area. But there is nothing beyond August in our calendar. What is happening this year? Does it ends in August for master competitions??

I know that George Mason in Northern Va will host a Sprint meet near the end of October after that who knows?
