Wait a second...please help me understand that males are supposed to ride on one train while females ride another train? This doesn't make sense and I can be sure that this is a deal-breaker if my wife is supposed to also go (and she's not going for getting lost in Sweden!).
if you notice the placements of the commas, it was meant to be read as
there are two pools seperated by gender, and the pools are 20 minutes apart by tram. the event schedule has women racing in one pool and men in the other, except on relay day. the distance between the pools is 20-30 minutes by tram.
