For people who procrastinate: The XII FINA World Masters On-line registration systems says Please note: Your registration and personal information cannot be changed or modified after Friday, 21st March 2008! You also have to enter the relays by then.
As Perth is about 16 hours ahead of California time that would mean the deadline is Thursday.
The on-line systems is not very clear. It took me a couple of days to enter (and that was with help from people in Perth) Hint: You first pay the registration fee, then you can enter your events and pay the event fee.

Still confused about when midnight is.

Michael or ,
Midnight is when the clock strikes 12 and it's dark out. Noon is when the clock strikes 12 and it is light out.
I know - my bad.

I always get confused by what time midnight is. If midnight is the minute after 11:59 pm on March 26 - then with the 19 hour time change, it is too late as it became midnight at 5am EDT on March 26th Wednesday.
If midnight occurs at the minute after 11:59 pm on Thursday March 27, then you have until 5am EDT or 2 am PDT. You should be warned that the on-line system is not easy and it may take about an hour to navigate the system. (Remember you have to pay the meet entry fee before you can register for the individual events).

This is where the 24-hour clock (or military time) comes in handy. I've always worked with Airlines and in Travel and I never know what time is 12am and what is 12pm. To me, noon is 1200 and there is no midnight being 0000 or 2400. If an arrival is scheduled for midnight, it shows 2359, if it's a departure that's scheduled for midnight it's at 0001. (With nowadays on-time performances, a one minute differential for clarity is extremely important.)
Where are XIII FINA World Championships?
13th FINA World Masters Championships 2010 – Göteborg and Boras (SWE, July 28-August 7).
I guess they plan to do it in eleven days. I wonder if that includes practice days?
