The Feldenkrais Method is a system of movement re-education that works at the level of the nervous system. A mind-body method, it is an exercise for the brain as well as the body. Movements are done in small incremental steps with focused attention. The result is increased range of motion and awareness giving you new ways to move you may not have thought possible.
