The 5th Annual MOWS is a 1.2-mile or 2.4-mile looped rectangular
course in Lake Monona in front of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed
Monona Terrace Convention Center. This is the site of the popular
Wisconsin Ironman which takes place about 3 weeks later. In 2008
