I just wanted to let all of those people who may do triathlons that the 5th annual ITC Bay Islands Triathlon (both Olympic and Sprint distances), will be held here in Roatan, Honduras on March 18, 2007.
There is a race cap of 250 athletes. TACA Airlines does give discounts to athletes. Roatan is about 2-1/2 hours (flight time) from Houston. We are about 150 miles south of Belize.
Just type in Bay Islands Triathlon 2007 and their website will pop up. I'll be in the swim only, no running or biking for this old lady.
