Hi everyone,
I'm just new to swimming for fitness and was wondering if there are any swim workouts to build muscle?
I would think that workouts that focus on sprints and quick bursts would build muscle faster than slow, endurance runs. Am I right?
Can anyone suggest a workout schedule for maybe 45mins to 1 hour per day that would help people like me achieve this goal?
