You probably know what's coming next.
Should I have genuine concerns about having my leg ripped off by a shark, while in the sea? I want to start getting some open water swims in, but being in FL., I'm a bit nervous about it.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

That shark followed me from Narragansset all the way to Blocke Island RI. I am sure glad he was not hungry. It was in late August. The coast guard said it was a 14' great white. They let me know if it attacked they would shot it.
