Thursday 1000 Free if I make it in time, used as a warm-up
Friday 50 fly and 50 free
Saturday 100 IM
Sunday 100 fly and 100 free (if I can still make my flight)
Relays? unsure.
When does the Thursday session start?
I was hoping to be there, but unfortunatley I had a lung infection three weeks ago and I am still recovering. Good luck to all and swim to win even if you don't.
