When you kick breaststroke this way what do you do with your arms? Do you scull or keep them in a streamlined position?
I can't speak for Jim,but I scull.

Usually at my side/back of hands on butt. Occasionally in streamlined position. I keep sculling as a "separate and distinct" activity from concentrated kicking.
Really goood shower products/lotion to look forward to after my swim! Oh, a good stout cup of Peets coffee waiting in the locker area is nice too! :anim_coffee:
