What is everyone's favorite piece of dryland equipment that they use? I believe that you can do so much with just using your own bodyweight but if we are talking about equipment I would say that the medicine ball is one of my favorites.
Here is one of my favorite circuits:
Perform 3 times
10 Overhead Med Ball Slams
10 Jumps Squats and Toss
10 Med Ball Push - ups
10 Reverse Scoop Tosses
10 Rotations per side
Please share what your favorite piece of equipment is and what you like to do with them.
Thanks!

I keep telling myself I want to try reformer classes, but they are so outrageously expensive here. I may do it anyway just to satisfy my curiosity.
I figure that paying for reformer classes might just help me meet (or at least come close to) my suited times from last year again this year. I have no problem paying for a little more speed. :)
What's a good place to buy stretch cords?
I've been interested in getting kettlebells, too. Any advice on what weight is best?
I got the SRI purple stretch cords on amazon.com. Don't remember the price. It is good to do when you need a quick dryland routine to do.

These are good bands - they provide different levels of resistance all in one band.

I also like the dog for a great, no-excuses daily walk commitment
I got a TRX suspension trainer a couple of months ago and I love it. I can use it outside by attaching it under my deck. I can workout in the fresh air as long as it's not raining, and I'll be able to use it outdoors until we have snow on the ground. I like having the option to get at least the dryland portion of my workout done outdoors for since the outdoor swim season is so short here in New England.
