YAY!!! Got mine today!!:applaud: Great issue!!!
Yep, another great issue! I got mine yesterday and read it cover to cover in one sitting. I noticed they printed my letter to the editor about the March/April issue being so terrific! :)

I concur -- a simply wonderful issue, chock full of great stuff! I too read mine from cover-to-cover in one sitting.
When I get the next issue, I'll remember to not read it the night before an early morning workout. My brain was spinning so much from thinking about all the great articles, especially the one on V02 max, that it took me forever to fall asleep, which isn't helpful when trying to get to the pool at 5:30 am. :agree:

Hey there, Rob! While I'm at it with the compliments, I really enjoyed the videos you and Rowdy did at Nationals! I saved them in You Tube as a great memory of my first Nationals. :applaud:
So, how can you make it better? Make it BIGGER (thicker)! :D I know, cost is the biggest factor and you need more advertisers to make it cost effective. I'm just whining, because I finish Swimmer Magazine too soon and want to read more! ;)
Seriously, I think your magazine is a great balance of everything I would want in a swimming magazine. The most helpful feature for this newbie are your photo sequences. The relay transitions and IM transistions were both very helpful. I also appreciated the article on stretching that I was able to find online, from the January/February issue. (I joined USMS too late to receive that issue in the mail.)
Just keep it all coming and if you are able to expand the magazine to include more of all those great features, I will be an even happier camper- uh- swimmer ! :bliss:
Got mine in the mail today. Yeah! I like the part of the new tech suits. I am loving the design and price of the Agon or whatever jammer. Less than 100 suits is kind of sweet.

I agree with Elaine. I would LOVE to see an even bigger issue. I'm always so sad, when I finish mine. OR maybe even a monthly issue. The wait is SO long. OR maybe 2 super issues a year. My favorite section is the product review section, I especially liked the video that went along with the paddle reviews. Keep up the good work!!
I still haven't received mine. I hope it shows up in my mailbox tomorrow. I would hate to have to wait until next week.
Mine hasn't come yet, either. :(
Funny, I didn't notice that! I never even look at the page numbers, because I read my magazine from cover-to-cover. :D
I usually read it straight through, too but this time I wanted to see the coverage from Nationals. I checked every picture for people I know. Saw Charlie, a local coach in one picture, some of my friends from Oregon in another picture. I was hoping for more mention of all the volunteers but very little.

I liked the photo of Cullen Jones; it's better than the one taken of me with Cullen (although my photo brings back great memories!). :)
For that matter, the entire article and photo spread brought back great memories! :D
