Hi, does anyone know any pools in Manhattan, NYC that have cheap one-day passes, like below $15? (Weekly pass will be even better, but I don't think it exists. Why don't most pools offer monthly or weekly passes by the way?)

Wow. I think it was less than 60 last year when we swam there!!? Heaps warmer here than this time last year too.

Riverbank Park's hours were cut, but have recently been restored, thanks in part to heroic lobbying and petition-gathering by that pool's dedicated lap swimmers. You can find the latest on the park hours at this facebook page.

The Battery is one of the colder parts of the swim, I think? Crap I put on 7-8 lbs which is huge on me. hahahaha
