• jpheather brings up a good point, though. 304.3.4 (iii) is for those convicted of a sex crime so it's pretty clear, but 304.3.5 seems to be inappropriate sexual behavior by a coach that hasn't been prosecuted. What is the procedure for banning a coach under this rule? Could one (potentially false) complaint ban a coach or does it need to well corroborated evidence? I hope it's the later. The one from Oregon was such a situation.A senior coach who I knew and until then respected was filmed at a meet being very touchy/feely with his girl swimmers. There was legal action and his defense was he was just a friendly guy and it meant nothing. It was found there was not enough evidence for a conviction and USA-S banned him.
