There goes the neighborhood...
"Mark Gill, who hardly needs an introduction within the U.S. Masters Swimming community, will fulfill the position of Director of Business Operations. Mark has been a business management professor at the University of Louisville for the last five years. His official start date is June 1. Mark will have an office in Sarasota once the headquarters are open. He will manage the Member Services, and Club & Coach Services business units. Additionally, he will oversee our expanding event initiatives. Mark's passion for the USMS mission and for the sport that we all love was instrumental in his decision to accept a full-time position with U.S. Masters Swimming."
Do we get to heckle Mark in his new job?
As opposed to heckling him in his old one? What, is there any question here? Of COURSE we get to heckle him. :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
It's our only way of getting some some measure of revenge for the abuse he heaps down on those when he's behind the mike. :blah: :blah: :blah:
Add mine. Mark...you do realize if you shaved the jungle on your front side, you would be faster than Fred Bousquet in the 50 long course?
Nice one Wookie!
Congrats to you Mark! Hope we don't lose you as a teammate!
Congratulations Mark. I'm certain you'll be an asset to the the organization.
One good thing is that the other neighborhood probably can't get much worse: www.zillow.com/.../
I am making a list. Keep adding your names to it.
We missed you at Clovis. But listening to Rowdy take a turn at the mike made me realize you'd make a good team. He would supply the swimming knowledge and enthusiasm, while you would supply...um, I'm drawing a blank here, somebody help me out...
You coming to Chris Greene again in July?
He would supply the swimming knowledge and enthusiasm, while you would supply...um, I'm drawing a blank here, somebody help me out...
The other half of the male portion of a mixed relay?
I am making a list. Keep adding your names to it.
As if THT hasn't given you ENOUGH material. But don't forget there boy-yo, you provided some grist for that mill too.
