Not up to race pace yet, but I did quite a lot of singing of "Lush Life" and "Nature Boy" while learning strokes, especially back. They distracted me from the endlessness of it all.:)

Not technically a song: Beginning of Act III of Die Valkyrie (Richard Wagner). This is also known as the "Ride of the Valkyries."
Maybe not "technically a song" but some of the most stirring music ever written! That and the Overture to The Marriage of Figaro. Both get me going!
