It is truly a sad day in WCM history.
If you can, go to www.swim4wc.org and take a look at the doping scandal revealed today at our Pac Champs.
Kerry was quite teary over the whole thing...

Holy mackeral!
The all-time cheat has to have been Stella Whatever-her-last-name-was from the 1928 Olympic Games, who won the gold for Poland in one of the women's track races. Some 60 years later she was accidently killed in the cross-fire of a bank robbery and the autopsy revealed that "she" was a "he". Imagine having to pretend to be someone else for 6 decades, just to have had that brief moment of glory on the podium.
We don't have Nike as a sponsor anymore, now we have Sports Basement. They carry our team suit, and some cheap stuff too. My $90.00 running shoes were $65 there! But I digress.
Kerry said if we bought 100 or more team suits he would don a two piece! With motivation like that I even bought a suit for Molly the Lab, Apache the German Shepherd, and Orfas the police dog!!! :lmao: (Don't tell Pat)
That's what this was all about. I did love how Peter and Kerry twisted it though.
How could any one be confused I heard it is Kerry Schmidt from East Germany's swim team from the past. I can't wait to see her in a LZR suit. The reason they could not tell it was not a joke, the swim suit she is wearing does not fit well.

Wow, in the nydailynews photo, it looks like she/he needs a clean shave!

Kirk,
I posted the below link last week in a thread on the NSR forums. WOW, look at the photo in my link (2008) and then compare it to the 2002 photos from your links. BIG difference.

I got the honor of swimming next to her/him/it during the 1000 free Sunday and it was wearing the suit. A two piece on a guy should be referred to as a real "drag" suit.
