Ack. No hugs for you. This is my first April without sinusitis and bronchitis in years! (No worries, I have a sore neck to complain about now.) Must be a lot of fun in your house with two people tapering and sick. :bolt:
Saw said Mr Paul Smith at warmups. Sheesh what a mosh pit. Only one course was open. The men's and women's teams were practicing. Nothing like watching the guys 'cruise' 1:40 200 Free. Sigh.
Paul
And I thought you had let me off the hook and passed all responsibility for drinks to the other whiner, John. How's his cold, BTW?
I'd prefer to dine a bit earlier, I guess. But some of us who aren't latent distance swimmers are flying in Thursday afternoon.
Everyones getting sick....beware the plague in Austin.

Paul
That's what you get for going over early. We went over around 5:00 and had a lane to ourselves.
P.S. not a fan of the bulkhead. Either my taper is on track and I was cruising faster than normal, or my stroke count is off by a half-stroke a length. It's the suck!
Dana
Hey Kirk, Chris and I are staying at the Drury. So is Donna Hooe, who just swam a FANTASTIC lifetime best mile and placed 3rd in her age group! :)
Good luck in your mile!
