Well, last year the whole crowd from the Adirondacks crashed our party. This year, according to Mr. Barra, they went to NEs instead. Such bad decision making. I'll make a reservation for 15 because there may be non-forumites who show too. Should I make it under "SwimStud"?

My poor fav teammate has been "husbanded." She can't attend because she's skipping town to go to Nats, so she's grounded from social activities for the weekend. I won't name the offending culprit, but let's just say he specializes in the stroke I detest.
What do I have to do to get "wild" in front of my name?!?!? Why is the pool closed? Have I not told you about all of the freezing cold pools/bodies of water I've jumped in fully clothed after a night of drinking? Do you have a hot tub? If not, can you get one before Sunday? If not, do your neighbors have a hot tub that we can crash?

If you want a hottub, you've got to go to Stud's house. The pool doesn't open until May when we have decent weather. It's unheated and hasn't been shocked. If you want to hop in disgusting unshocked water, feel free to peel the cover back and go for it, Wild Julie. One of my neighbors has a big trampoline you might like.
Jim Thornton, and his sesquipedalian, drug taking, compulsive ways, just captures the essence of "Wild." God knows what will happen to my guest cottage while he's here. The cashmere towels will probably be shredded.

Thanks for making arrangements, fort! Your house is lived in, with many kids. I think we all can understand that. As for your teammate, that is really off the wall of her husband. Though there is a big Wallyball tournament in town this weekend, and I hear they're big fans of that sport too. :bolt:

Well, my coach is invited to a different masters party ... masters golf .... That must be worse than Wally Ball ... I just told everyone to come on over when they're warmed down and showered on Sunday, whenever suits. The meet will probably end at 3:00-ish. I will bring directions, phone numbers, etc. to the meet. But I'm roughly 25 minutes or so down the road from GMU.
Yes, we're all very bitter about the demise of our vaunted 200 medley relay. As a result, and because I love wife of WallyBall, I'm swimming on my first ever masters 400 medley relay on Sat. And I, gulp, volunteered to do the dreaded fly leg. But we will rock! And we will beat the FCM relay, to be sure!
