What do you think of
Michael Klueh's 15 x 100 on 1:00 in practice (University of Texas)
Very relaxed swimming.
Turns were quick and streamlined.
In high school our team captain went 100 (100's) on a minute.
Bobby Hackett. He swam like a boat. Smooth and steady.
I counted 13 strokes per lap on the last 50 of the last 100. He churned out a 51. Pretty.
I knew that if I looked hard enough I could find some simularity between he and me, we both do flip turns.
Nice pool too. I wonder what the water temp is.
I think he lived in Indy area when my son was an age grouper. I remember watching him compete when we went to meets at IUPUI. You can tell even at a young age who is going to be really good.
Yes, you remember correctly, he swam at Carmel Swim Club. Then went to Texas to train. Checking out their Conference results. 7 of the 8 finalists in the 500 free were from Texas, great place to train for a distance guy. Great Swim.:wine::wine:
