Cool.... been looking for this for a while.
Sidelined from the pool for the past 4 years without so much as an easy walk, I dropped 30 lbs in 3 months and managed to make it in a few races... even 400 IM.
No patches for Kurt. He's self-actualized. :laugh2:
Kirk might be self-actualized, Kurt is not (I'm still looking to fulfill basic id functions). Plus, what do you do with all those patches?...have your mommy sew them on to your warm-ups so all the 12-year olds are real impressed after you smoke them at the next age-group meet.:wiggle:
By the way, welcome Al. Nobody, I mean nobody, gets after it like Al. In one of my first meets in AZ, I saw that big boy next to me in the 500 and I said to myself, "self, you should smoke that dude." Needless to say, Al made me cry like a baby and wiped that girlish grin completely off my face.
