Which goggles do you use? I have big eyes and many not comfortable...

I really only use the Speedo "bug eye" goggles (Speedo Pro.)

I have large eyes and have not found any other goggles that felt comfortable. Others feel like they press on the lower part of my eyeballs.
I was surprised to find the Speedo Pro was not in the 'competition' category on some web sites but rather the recreational or some other category. I wonder if there is anything as large as the Speedo Pro out there.
Thanks!

Yep, Swedish Masters is my preference...
I do buy different straps though, a more durable
plastic, and run them through... Easier to adjust
from training to racing...
I find the neoprene gasket much less effective the a silicone one. I think there is more chance for leakage and have them double as a necklace in a race.
Or in my case this past weekend, a racing bit. :thhbbb:

Hi, I've currently 6 different pairs, (speed socket, vanqs, air seal XR, aqua racer, sprint, futura).
The vanquishers will be filled by a little bit of water when I push off the wall with the head in streamline position, looking down. the goggle will move a little bit also.
is it acceptable ? am I asking too much ? Speedo label it like racing type.
Look like that they're very popular on this board, but I find it a little sub par, the peripherical vision is dismail.
they're tight, I get marks on my face at the end of workout.
The Air Seal XR and Aqua Racer are better, no leak pushing off the walls, no move. I've no tried from the starting block, but look like they can get the job done diving.
The Aqua Racer are a poor version of speed socket, more confortable and great fit on my face, less low profile, the smoke version is too faint, look more like a clear version.
The latest version of Sprint what a Joke !!, pushing off the wall they'll get into my mouth, Amanda in 2004 had used a different version for sure, I can't think that an elite swimmer will use it in a big-time racer.
I have the same problem as the OP. I can't stand any other types of goggles then the Speedo pro. I've tried a number, especially since it's hard to find the Speedos. I end up giving them away. I just wish they were easier to find in the area, no stores carry them any more so I use mine for a year even though they are scratched and fog all the time.
tyr racetechs...
clear for indoors
mirrored for the summer
like the big eyes and inexpensive price
i do the shampoo thing and once I put them on I do not take them off till finished
but they do leave rings
I like aqua sphere goggles. I originally got them for better visibility on open water swimming but also use them in the pool. They are kind of big and bulky though. I've had similar experiences with others here. I really liked the old speedo pros, found that speedo vanquishers leaked like crazy, etc.

TYR Racetech for me too. They never leak or fog. Even during a two-hour session. They are the most comfortable goggles I've ever tried. I have a bag full of them.

Ask big Ken which goggles he wore when we raced in the old days.
I raced against Ken many a time in Ontario we never wore goggles in those days. He was my main competition in Canada after he came from the UK.
