First time through 13 minutes!
Nice drop and congrats. (But a 3+ second drop on the last 50? I think you will go even faster next time.)
Chris: Dana was pretty stressed at the start cause she thought she had more time before her heat :-) But it was a very nice swim. Her splits were consist 39.45 - 39.65 range. I was very impressed.
Ande: Amy was out in 5:18 for the first 500, she was FLYING. She looked sooooo strong.
TYRM: I spoke to Paul last night and he said he was treating it like a 100 time trial and a 900 warm down. Still it's disgusting that after that first 100, he still almost broke 11. Sigh.
Paul
It was a hard swim, but I always do that in the last 50. It's really the last 25, 'cause I really, really want to get to that last wall.
If you have that much energy left, instead of sprinting the last 25, maybe try to descend the last 3-4 50s? Just a thought.

Julie--congrats on winning the 1650! Way to go.:groovy:
And also to Paul Smith on a smokin fast first 100 of the 1000.
