Okay, I'm actually not kidding with this one. Latley, I have been starving ALL the time. My muscles have been really tired in workout, too. I'm certainly not overtraining - I make it 5 days/week usually, sometimes a 6th on my own, and lately it's been 4 or 5. And we aren't cranking out the yards like crazy either.
I think either something is missing from my diet or I'm just not eating enough ... my guess is it's the former. Any thoughts? I eat a fair amount of protein. I constantly amaze people with just how much I do eat so I don't think it's that ...
Though yesterday I had two packets of oatmeal for breakfast (reduced sugar) and I was still starving after ... hmmm ... maybe it's just that I've stocked my desk at work and don't really stop eating ...
It seems to have calmed down actually. I'm trying to eat more in the am and eating a PB&J about two or two and a half hours before workout and that is helping, I'm not starving afterwards either. I miss running ...
Heathen!

Peanut butter and jelly is for kids. Haven't I said this before? You guys are just young kids. Not due any respect whatsoever.:dedhorse:
I don't know if anyone is interested or not, but I am borderline diabetic, and tend to be a compulsive eater, and so such...so I have found that www.sparkpeople.com which is a free weightloss website, is great! It allows you to track your fitness (what activity-how much time) and it computes the amount of calories you approx. burned. It also allows you to track your nutrition, you can put in what you ate over the course of the day, and then it tells u how much calories, carbs, protein and fat you ate. It's really helped me look at what I eat, and put things into perspective as to what I eat too much of and too little of.
Furthermore, if you are hoping to lose some weight, or gain some, or I imagine stay the same even, they help you determine how many calories you should eat, how much protein, fat, and carbs your allowed as well daily. They also tell you how many calories you should burn daily.
And my last little plug on the site, is that it also has a strength training section, which they just actually updated so you can put in your own activities, but they have really good demo pages, and little videos showing you how to, do these different strength exercises that they reccomend.
So yeah, thats fun, I use it, it works for what I need to get from it, maybe some of you will enjoy its set-up as well:-D
