Freestyle drill sequence

Several years ago, I learned a drill sequence that really helped my freestyle. Unfortunately, I have forgotten most of it, and my freestyle is very inefficient right now. I think the first drill was 'shark fin' and the second was moving back and forth from 'shark fin' to 'check your watch.' I believe there were about five or six drills total. Has anyone done or heard of this sequence and could remind me of the rest of the drills?

Glo, The zipperswitch is designed to 1) keep your recovering arm relaxed, with the eblow leading til the arm is ready go back into the water. 2) Zipper switch helps keep people from reaching too far over the water and slapping their whole arm down, by teaching a swimmer to slide the arm in close the head. When you are swimming at slow speeds or drilling, you will want to enter close to your head. As you speed increases, you arm will enter farther out front but not to the point of slapping the water. 3) Zipperswitch teaches people how to connect their arms and the body by improving their timing. When the recovering arm reaches the head, the body should roll, driving the arm down into the water and forward toward the wall you are traveling too. Let me know if you would like a complete TI drill card set. I have an extra one laying around. John
