I’m am registering for my first masters meet and the form is requesting my best times for my selected events. My best times are from 35 years ago. Do I use those or make up slower times to use?

Good luck!!! I, too, took off 30+ years and had my first meet in January. I definitely wouldn't use my times from the past (I was a 2:05 200 IM'er back in the 80's; now it is more like 3:20). If you are unsure, you can guess based on your workout times, or to be safe NT is a good option.

After I posted the question I figured out my answer was pretty obvious. That’s about where I was in the 200 IM but I am entering the 100 IM which sounds like more my style this year at least. One lap of fly is enough.
