These are my two favorites that I do daily. I also do yoga on deck following my swim workouts, focusing on the moves that improve my flexibility.
When you are swimming butterfly, you only want to get your arms out of the water just enough to clear it on recovery. Watch videos of Michael Phelps swimming fly, and try to emulate his recovery. Think of it as doing an upside down snow angel.
If you can get somebody to shoot some video of your fly, post a clip of it here, so we can take a look and give you some pointers.
