Well, Gilligan, Skipper, and the Professor and really Mary Anne only had one outfit. The richies - the Howell's and Ginger had lots of clothes with them b/c all rich people must travel with trunks of clothes even when only going on "a three hour tour, a three hour tour." I mean Gilligan's island was totally fact based, it was based on a true story and is very historically acurate.
Lovey just needed a lot of outfits. A girl has to be prepared for "a three hour tour; a three hour tour...."
Gotta admit it - she looked good all the time! White gloves and all.
Mr. Moose and Ralph said they want to be the BOAT. I told them you can't be a Moose - person... and... a boat at the same time....
They asked..."Why not?" Gee, I guess they can if they want....cannot, can to....not, to....
I was watching TV and paying extra close attention to the soap commercials, and I came up with the idea that we need to have someone get buried alive. It's a staple on every soap.
We should turn Gilligan's Island into a soap. There you go, think of how that would be. They can't escape one another. OO the tension that would build. And the crowning glory...it's really a reality show to find the next top swimmer/soap actor.
And why can't Mr. Moose be both the boat and a person, I think he can handle the challenge and the boat isn't really relevant after the first episode except for a random episdode here and there when they try to repair it ...

Which makes me wonder.... the professor was able to use his smarts to make and do so many things.... but they couldn't repair the stupid boat!
Probably because the darned moose... I mean boat.... wouldn't sit still.
