I am not employed by USMS, although I am a member. Regardless, I was not debating the organization's mission statement; I was stating what I would like to see in a publication. Perhaps no one else shares my views. However, I am free to express my opinions.
I believe there is a market (domestic and international) for a publication geared toward adult competitive swimming. This may or may not be a project that interests USMS.
