My shcool's swim season starts on monday(also my B-day) but I can't wait! im just curious though, how many of you swam/ or still swim for your high school? and how did you do? I think my best evet is the 50 free. my 50 is about 21 seconds:D

Interesting part of your workout. I think people can get so caught up in yardage and weight-lifting, that they forget about stretching (muscle tension) & range of motion. (My high school coaches were fanatic about stretching before and after every workout.)
