I agree completely. Plus, they already gave Lance Armstrong an award. Ummm...(looks down at yellow bracelet that has raised millions for cancer research)...well, still, Phelps did get the country to sit up and pay attention to swimming. Plus Lance will win the toure again next time so he can win the award then....lol. This was Michaels year and I think he deserves it.
