Many years ago, when I was lifeguarding at Charlotte Beach (Rochester), there was a moose who swam across Lake Ontario from Canada. I got to row an animal control person out in the boat, to get closer. After an hour of swimming, this moose hit dry land, and shot up the hill before anyone could take a step.
Although they later cornered and tranquilized him, I wouldn't want to compete against a moose.

Mr. Moose has two pen holders in both front pockets on his overalls....and....black tape holds his glasses together at the bridge of his Moose nose....and he wears white socks with black tie shoes while wearing his famous yellow Bermuda shorts....and he wanted me to make it perfectly clear that he is NOT a NERD….he is simply "altered" from over utilization of VO2MAX SHAMPOO….and Ralph hitching rides on his back….

Actually I was just looking at the poll results and I noticed
that it was a multiple-choice poll (i.e., it would admit someone
checking both boxes) which shows far-seeing foresight.

There was a Moose loose in lower Fairfield county recently...he then decide to take the Merritt Parkway...hmmmm
