Any idea when the online registration for Savannah will be up and running? I saw that it was supposed to go up sometime after June 1st, am I just missing it or is it not available yet?

Thanks for the update Jim. One question, if we are able to register online but have to send in the payment, will there be some type of verification that payment was recieved?
Would hate to travel all that way only to find out the payment was lost or something, (no offense to the postal workers out there).

So if I register online I still have to send a check for payment of my events and does that have to be postmarked by July 1st? I still don't know what to swim and I usually wait to register online. The deadline for online is July8th. What effect does the check (payment) need to be mailed by. I can send my check now since I know how many events I will be entering and wait to register online later? Yes the days are counting down.
I have talked with our National Office today and you can be assured that everything is being done to confirm the receipt of checks as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that paper entries have been coming in steadily in the past couple of weeks and that entries are being processed on top of a tremendous usual workload at the office. We appreciate your patience and ask that you wait a few days for your confirmation.

It's hard not to be nervous with the deadline for postmarked payment only a few days away. I've invested $600 in two non-refundable tickets and 100s of hours in training. I't would be disappointing if it were not possible to complete the test owing to administrative problems.
But, you can't afford to lose many customers either, after all the planning and effort you have given the meet.

I registered and sent my check about a week and a half ago. I still did not recieve any conformation of my payment. Should I contact anyone to make sure it got there.
I'm in the same boat. I sent in my check two weeks ago. At last check with the bank, it hadn't been cashed & I haven't yet received a response about whether or not it's been received.
Anyone else heard back from USMS?

I talked with Tracy Grilli yesterday, and they are swamped with last minute registration for the meet. If you are concerned about your registration, you might e-mail her. Otherwise, be confident that our national office will send you a confirmation of your registration and payment. Remember, the deadlines for on-line is 8-July and mailed entries continue to be accepted until 8-July.

Well, if something went wrong with the check in the mail (for online entries), it is now too late to do anything about it. (Crossing my fingers.) Is there an estimate on when *all* of the paperwork will be caught up?
