Let me whisper something to you: "Who cares" I don't swim for you or to prove anything, I swim for myself. I'm still eventually leave you behind, but You'll never get to race me. One day the results will get posted, and you'll have to pick your chin off the floor. No fuss, no grandstanding, no duels or big faceoffs. It's just not gonna happen on your terms, so put a plug it it and deal wioth it... In a dignified manner. That would, for a change, show some positive character traits on your part. You're about due, cause you haven't showed us many.

Wow, Deja Vu! Originally posted by Ion Beza ...being in the bottom 10% in the 40 to 44 age group at the USMS Nationals qualifies as "near the top" in all USMS, competing and non competing. Seriously, that would be such a good argument if only you had posted something even remotely close to an NQT prior to or at the meet. Otherwise, it's just another meet, albeit a big one. Didn't you hash this out in a thread a couple of years back? Nobody bought into the argument back then either... Put up at least one NQT, just once, and all your critics are silenced.

In an age group, NQT is the tenth time plus 10%. In most age groups more than 50% of swimmers (and in some like men 40 to 44 more than 80% of swimmers) -who go and who don't go at the Nationals but belong to USMS- are left behind.

You're going to Nationals, but you can't even make the NQT's of the organization that you claim is lazy and worthless, nand beneath you? Guess that's why you wanna go race with fat and out of shape beginner girls like me. Guess you need that to feel superior. Racing against underdogs, and berating thingsd and people to make yourself feel better. Man, deep down iside you must be very insecure, to have built such shaky farce around yourself. The trouble with it, is you constantly need to find new sources on the outside, to beat up on, to fill that big hole you have inside. Cause when it comes from the outside, the satisfaction doesn't last very long, does it? Very sad.
