Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to get a good looking set of abs? My swim instructor says she got hers from doing butterfly (butterfly is hard for me to do). Is there any other way besides the butterfly? What about the breaststroke? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Try doing underwater buterfly kicks. Swim with arms extended in front and swim like a dolphin using the whole body to move forward. I do 4 or 5 kicks, do a breaststroke pull to break the water surface, take a breath and go back undrwater to continue. Do one lap at a time, catch your breath and repeat.
